User data deletion (Facebook login)
If you signed in to our app with Facebook and want us to delete the personal data associated with it, follow these steps:
How to request deletion of your data
- Send an email to:soporte@spidersecurity.co
- Use this subject line:Solicitud de eliminación de datos - Facebook
- Include in the message:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your account
- Your Facebook user ID (if you know it)
Processing time
We will process your request within 7 business days of receiving the email.
Data that will be deleted
Once the request is received and verified, we will delete:
- Internal user identifier
- Basic profile data obtained from Facebook
- Authentication tokens (if any)
- Information linked to your account on our platform
We may keep minimal information when required by legal obligations.
