Your dog is in good hands with Terque. We run a thorough verification process for our caregivers: identity check, location confirmation, criminal record check, review of corrective measures and legal proceedings. We also visit their home and confirm they have suitable space.

If anything happens with the caregiver or your dog during the service, report it as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, to soporte@spidersecurity.co, with photos or veterinary records if you have them. Our support line is +57 310 298 23 63. During the service your dog is backed by the SURA policy, under its terms.

During the service, and when the caregiver or Terque is liable, the civil liability policy covers:

• If the dog gets lost, has an accident or should pass away.
• Damage the dog causes to other people or their property.
• Initial emergency veterinary care after an accident, up to COP 2,000,000 per event, if the dog is seen within 48 hours.

Subject to the policy's limits and deductibles. It does not cover illness or anything outside the booked service.

Yes. Arrange the date and time of the visit with the caregiver in advance.

On Terque you'll find stays from COP 25,000 for 12 hours and from COP 50,000 per day (24 hours), per dog. The final price depends on the home you choose and on drop-off and pick-up times.

Our service is personal: at most 2 dogs per home, and your dog is backed by the SURA policy while with us.

Yes, for now boarding is only for dogs.

No. Our promise is that a dog is never left alone while at a Terque home.

It depends on whether your cat gets along with dogs and whether you have suitable space. Mention it in your listing so owners know when booking.
